INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We provide Free Insured & Tracked Shipping to selected countries so customers worldwide can receive our products with confidence.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and the customs clearance process. These procedures are handled by external logistics providers and customs authorities, so delays may occasionally happen and are beyond our control.

● USA : 8-15 days
● Australia and New Zealand: 7-12 days
● Europe: 7- 12 days
Rest of the world: 7 - 12 days
After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow 1–3 working days for the tracking details to become active in the courier system.
WRONG ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate before placing an order. While we review order information during processing, the final responsibility for correct delivery details remains with the buyer.
MARKED AS DELIVERED
If the courier service marks your order as successfully delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact your local courier or postal service immediately for assistance.
You may be asked to submit an official report for a lost or stolen package with the delivery service. After this report has been filed, please contact us at [your email] and provide the supporting documentation.
Each situation will be assessed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement shipment at our discretion, but refunds are not available in this case.
IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be required by their country.
If the shipment reaches the destination country and:
● The customer declines to receive the parcel
● The package cannot be delivered due to lack of response or action from the recipient
We reserve the right to abandon the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
WHERE IS OUR COMPANY BASED?
Our business operates from Malaysia. However, to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs, we collaborate with multiple international fulfillment centers.
As a result, some orders may be shipped from different global warehouses depending on product availability and shipping destination.
